I've had the gamut of gas, bloating, irregular bowel habits & have been to a digestive specialist for several years with no help at all. He ordered a medication that made me sick as could be...so I stopped that. On top of IBS, I have recurring kidney stones & between the two problems, I had times of such pain I would be bent almost double. When I went places, I had to take a handful of the strong Mylanta Gas tablets just in case...used them often to feel some better.
Then 2 months ago, a friend told me of this product & how it had helped her. I got some & WOW...what a difference in my life now!! One tiny pill each morning before breakfast & I'm off to a productive day with NO discomfort!! I can hardly believe this medication can make this difference. I continue to watch what I eat which I think is an essential part of handling IBS. Most of us who have this problem have sensitive stomachs & should avoid trigger foods (onions in any form are usually one of the culprits, for instance). As an R.N. I know that food allergies can also be triggers so I would hope any IBS sufferers would avoid any foods they might suspect...it's not worth it! These caplets work so completely for me in that I can now eat without any discomfort. It's a whole new life for me now & believe me, I'm keeping a supply of this medication on hand, always! |

I have suffered from IBS for about 30 years, with very little relief from any remedies tried or from doctor's prescriptions used. I became afraid to go out to restaurants with my co-workers or family and only felt really safe in my own home. Traveling meant seeking out the availability of restrooms wherever we stopped to eat or sightsee. I could not get into situations that kept me from being able to access a restroom in a hurry. It affected how my husband could make plans, also.
I heard about Digestive Advantage IBS and decided to send for a free sample. Since the sample did not have any ill effects, I decided to purchase the product and try it for awhile. I fully expected less than desirable results, because I had tried so many things in the past.
I cannot tell you in words what this product has meant for me. It sounds cliché, but I do have a whole new life. I am now unafraid to make luncheon dates and I can shop and travel without the constant dread of an emergency. I have lost the sense of fear in living a normal routine in public. What used to be uncounted trips to the restroom (many because of fear of "possible" problems) have ceased. I now can go out and relax and enjoy occasions. My husband is relieved, too.
I certainly can recommend this product without any reservations. I'm only sorry I didn't find it earlier.

I have constipation type IBS and this works for me. The first thing I noticed was that I wasn't as bloated. Not alot of relief, but just enough to keep on giving it a try. It took about 2 months to get the full effect.
Without it, I am really constipated, but with it things work alot better. I use the chewable tablets. |

A few years back, I started getting these bouts of sudden diarrhea right after eating. At first I thought it was food poisoning, but when it kept happening, I realized it wasn't my favorite Chinese restaurant, it was me. In fact, it was so bad that I had to leave work early a few times. I was honest with my supervisor with what was happening so I was excused, but still very embarrassing and unpleasant. But If you're reading this, you very well may already suffer from IBS so you know what I'm talking about.
Concurrently, I was also having a problem with psoriasis and eczema on my hands. My fingers would crack and bleed, uncontrollably, and this too caused problems. People were afraid I had some contagious disease! And I was working a retail job, so I was interacting with people and merchandise all day, for which this caused many problems. I had seen a dermatologist for this, and at one point they had put me on Soriatane, which is a very expensive, potent medication. You also had to go in for blood tests regularly because of the damage it could do to your liver, etc. While it DID clear up my hands completely, it also caused my lips to be chapped constantly, so in a strange way it was a trade-off. Loss of insurance (and a lack of Chap-Stick!) made me go off the medication eventually. The problem returned immediately thereafter.
Back to the IBS. . .So one day I was shopping at Costco and suddenly had an IBS attack. As fate would have it, just as I was leaving the restroom thinking "I've got to do something about this!," I made eye contact with a box of these Digestive Advantage IBS tablets. (This is where the love at first sight music would start if this were a movie.)
Needless to say, after only a few days of taking these (I take 2 daily) I noticed that not only did I not suffer from IBS, but the psoriasis and exema on my hands cleared up also!! Since that part had always been somewhat cyclical, I just figured it was a coincidence. But my hands stayed clear. Could it be these tablets helping with that also? After about a month I decided to stop taking them and sure enough, not only did the IBS issues return, but so did my psoriasis. Back on these, and it cleared up again! So for me, this really has been a miracle product. My dermatologist was baffled as to how this could work better than a $200 per month prescription drug, but nevertheless happy for me.
Since I've signed up for the Automatic Shipments from Amazon, which with the free shipping, are cheaper to have them delivered than driving to my local big warehouse store where I was buying these before.
I've sung the praises of these to family and friends to the point that they probably wish I'd shut up about it already, but I'd give these 10 stars if I could, it really has worked that well for me!
UPDATE AUGUST 2008: I've been taking this daily now for a couple of years, and I still have absolutely no cracking or bleeding of my hands. It has kept them clear consistently the entire time and I am still absolutely thrilled with this stuff. THANK YOU GANEDEN!! |

Boy, was I worried when Zelnorm was taken off the market - what was I going to do?!? I found others raving about Digestive Advantage IBS on about three separate IBS websites and decided to give it a try. HOLY COW!! It works!! Even BETTER than the Zelnorm did - if you can imagine that! I felt better within an hour. I am SO GLAD I found it.
I looked up each ingredient in it - Lactobacillus yeast; Lysine, An essential amino acid; Malic acid used as a flavoring to make it tart; Plasdone,used as suspending and dispersing agent; and the list goes on, but each ingredient seems to make sense - it has a purpose. I wish I had found it years ago. |

I was beginning to show symptoms of IBS around April 2006. It would often come and go. Around September 2006 I had an acupunture session which cleared it until about two months ago when I experience severe stress and the symptoms never went away. I couldn't eat anything without exhibiting symptoms. I finally went to the doctor again and he prescribed medications which only aggravated the symptoms. While researching online some alternative medications, I came across Digestive Advantage and raced to the nearest Pharmacy. I began taking it immediately. The first symptom that disappeared was the burning feeling in my upper and lower intestines. The gas became a little more severe during the first week. The urgency began to subside during the second week. If I ate organic and soy foods I rarely had urgency, however I still could not eat anything in certain restaurants until the second week and even now certain restaurants and foods still aggravate my stomach. I am able to digest small amounts of milk products like cheese, but have not been brave enough to try milk yet. I still have about a week of the pills to take but the results are truly amazing.
I may need to purchase another months supply since my stomach was so aggravated but at only $10 for a months supply, being able to eat food again and feel such relief it is worth it. I recommend anyone suffering to purchase it and see the difference hopefully you will have the same results if not better. I actually had a Starbucks latte today(with soymilk) with only a little aggravation because of the coffee not the soy

| Some of the other reviewers were disappointed when a miracle hadn't occurred after 5 days, & gave up on it. Hey, I have fought IBS for 20 years; I'm going to give it time to work before I write it off. And to my complete surprise, it did. No more pain, cramping, & paranoid need to know where the closest bathroom will be (if I did dare to go somewhere without taking a dose of Immodium ahead of time.) It is not a cure; it is a CONTROL. As the packaging warns you, if you don't stay with it, the IBS will return within days. Taking the pill every day is a small price to pay for freedom from being "caught" somewhere. I can make plans with complete peace of mind. But you do have to allow the probiotics time to kick in. It took almost 3 weeks for me to notice a change, but after a month, it worked consistently well for me. I signed up for the auto delivery option; I like that IBS no longer rules my life. |

I've had IBS since I was a child. Ever since elementary school, my morning bout of diarrhea was the "norm." I had reached the point where for years -- YEARS -- the only type of bowel movement I had was diarrhea. The extremely painful gas and bloating were what I lived with every day. I knew I couldn't eat anything in the morning, or there would be the immense pressure, followed by the diarrhea. I had become what doctors refer to as a "Bowel Cripple" -- sometimes even if I didn't eat anything in the morning, I still didn't make the commute to work without pulling over to find a restroom.
About 6 months ago now I discovered this product. I now have totally normal bowel movements, and I have this product to thank for that. I was sick for years, and now it's over, thanks to Digestive Advantage for IBS.
I will say, however, that I've also tried the Gas Therapy (which I was still having), and found 'that' product to be ineffective. Kind of odd to me that this product could be such a miracle, and the other such a dud. What 'does' work to cut smelly gas? Lemon juice. Just discovered that a few weeks ago. Have a few swigs before you eat, and it creates a nice acid environment in the tummy.
If you're still gassy/flatulent, try a product called Devrom. It won't take the wind out of your sails, but takes the funk out of your wind. It's an internal deoderant.
I'd also like to encourage anyone with IBS to check out the possibility that you may have systemic CANDIDIASIS. That's yeast. It'll cause IBS and a host of other very serious problems. You can get books on it right here on Amazon.
So, based on my own truly horrid case of diarrhea-predominant IBS, those are my recommendations: 1. Digestive Advantage for IBS; 2. Lemon Juice before you eat (I just add some to a sugar-free lemonade -- makes it extra tart). 3. Devrom to cut the sulfur/methane content of your gas.

The probiotic (Bacillus coagulans) used in these pills have been very effective in treating the IBS (combination) that I experience. The manufacturer of these pills: Ganeden has a good variety of "Digestive Advantage" products and they all use specifically Bacillus coagulans. Some of their other products include other ingredients that may also help with the symptoms that they market their product for (e.g., fiber in the gas digestive advantage). The IBS formula is in capsule shape and can be broken so you can sprinkle the product on your food, as opposed to the other pills in the "Digestive Advantage" line which must be swallowed or chewed. I have tried other probiotics, and none have been as effective as the Bacillus coagulans in "Digestive Advantage".
I used to have horrible symptoms for almost a year. I thought something was terribly wrong with me. I went to several doctors, all trying various things: food diary, allergy tests, more tests...they all thought I had celiacs disease or some type of food allergy, one doctor said I had IBS. I was tired of doctors not knowing what they were doing and talking about, so I decided to try this when I spotted it while grocery shopping. It took about 1 month to work well and I seriously cannot function without it--which bothers me. I am not the type that likes to take pills all the time. I tried getting off the pills for a while and all my symptoms came back. I then had to start using the product again for a couple weeks before relief was found. I've suffered from IBS (diarrhea form)from the age of 16 - now at the age of 40, the majority of my life has been spent either running to or spotting out the nearest toilet. I've had countless of times I've had to miss out or cancel on picnics, hikes, walking on the beach etc due to fear of not being able to make it to the nearest toilet. I've avoided every food in the book (anything fried, no fast food, certain fruits, cereals, etc) that I've supposed to and nothing worked, except for not eating at all (I'd literally fast for at least two days prior to any airplane trip anywhere and this was how I lost 20 pounds while on a trip to Europe) but what kind of life is this to live?
I tried this stuff immediately when I heard about it - didn't even have any hope of it working - I would literally go through at least 8 - 10 Kaopectate pills a day, which never even helped at all. I had special mixes made up for me at pharmacies, sludge that looked like cement - that never helped. Even when I lived on oatmeal, bananas, everything that they tell you to eat if you have a "tender tummy" - mine was a raging volcano since my teens. I would quiet any doctor that had any advice that I "surely hadn't tried yet" by asking them if and how many times they'd soiled themselves out in public. Gee - now what's your answer? Can't hear you!
To the point - this stuff truly works. Have been using two pills a day for two months now and only had maybe two episodes of diarrhea - with the stomach flu. Other than that - I've eaten every forbidden food - even my beloved mango that I had to give up - and everything is smooth sailing!! MIRACULOUS!! |

I read about this in a physician's newspaper column and decided to try it. I haven't been officially diagnosed with IBS, but the symptoms were all there so I figured that if this worked, that must be my problem!
It has made such a wonderful difference I'd highly recommended it.
Just one important tip if you have IBS: Start every meal or snack with 1 or 2 bites of a soluble fiber food (carrots, brown rice, potato, etc). It lessens the shock to your digestive "brain" and makes a big difference.
Now the only time I have my old digestive troubles is when I'm under stress, so I exercise and do breathing exercises to try to relax...

I am pretty sure I suffered from some form of IBS most of my life, even as a child, but until about two years ago, it wasn't severe enough to really limit me.
When I moved overseas to Europe, my IBS became a nightmare. I was sick constantly, having attacks several times a week (IBS-D). I remember thinking that I wish I could go just one week without feeling awful, and looking back, I never had a full week of being normal.
I am an active person- a high level athlete, a person who likes to travel a lot, and a person who loves food. Being limited in all of these things made me SO depressed. Finally, in the summer of 2008, after breaking down crying when I had to leave a nice restaurant with my parents because I was feeling sick, I finally decided I had to do something, or I was going to lose my mind.
I read the reviews on Amazon.com after hearing about this product on another website. I thought I would give it a try. It was a MIRACLE!!! Within just a week I noticed a difference, and after a few weeks I felt completely normal. It was like my life had been restored. I could go places without fear, eat things I loved (I had been living on rice and water for a year trying to keep things under control). It was like a cloud lifted over my life.
Since then, and it has almost been a year, I have not had these problems. I even travelled in Mexico without any bowel problems. I swear by this little pill, and it is worth every penny I paid for it. I hope that I will never suffer again the way I did before. | I am serverely lactose intolerant and was having problems with the lactaid pills that you take as you eat. I was never sure how many to take, if I took too many, or not enough. Consequently, they never seemed to work for me and I never felt at ease eating dairy. With much doubt, I decided to try the One a Day Digestive Advantage Lactose Intolerant Pills and they have been working great! During the first couple of weeks I had some stomach upset, pains, etc. but now after being on it for 2 months, I can safely say that I eat whatever I want! For someone suffering from the after-effects of having my gall bladder removed, this product is truly a miracle!
I suffered for over a year, trying prescriptions from the doctor that did NOT work at all. After researching my symptoms on the internet, I decided to give this product a try.
It stated that it may take up to a month for the full effects to be realized, but I felt better than I had for a very long time.

| I went through a lot of different "home treatments" and nothing seemed to really work for my IBS-D. I began taking this about 10 months ago, and although I was doing better, I still had episodes about three-four times a month. I went to see a doctor about six months ago who recommended adding Metamucil (or some type of fiber) to the mix. I really didn't think it would help -- after all, I wasn't exactly having trouble going, the frequency and pain associated with it were the problem. Anyway, I bought the Metamucil capsules (not the chewable ones, the pills) and started taking two of those with the Digestive Advantage every day. Somehow the combination of the two has worked wonders for me. I went several months without having any kind of diarrhea, and in the six months I've been using this combo of medications, I have probably only had diarrhea two or three times. Basically, it's happened so little I don't even really remember when I have it. For lack of a better way to describe this, I think it has "cured" my IBS-D. If this has worked for me, maybe it will work for others. |

| My daughter has had stomach problems for over a year. She was losing weight because every time she ate she felt sick. The doctors all thought it was nerves. I have been taking this product for over 6 months now. I have waited to write a review, believing this product is too good to be true. It is not. I have my life back.
I used to have severe stomach pain after eating many things...most things. It was like a terrible pressure, cramping feeling in my upper abdomen. Then my lower abdomen. Even when I was lucky and the pain wasn't severe, it was always there. I had went to various doctors, including three gastroenterologists. None of them could help me. They couldn't find anything physiologically wrong with me. All I know is that I cried myself to sleep at night, almost every night.
I don't know how I came across this product. I think was desperate and searching for cures. I had tried everything from expensive aloe supplements to herbal treatments to probiotics. None of them helped much. Then I tried this. Within a week, I felt normal. I was at the point where I could hardly eat many things including many fruits, salads, and whole grains. I can now eat pretty much what I want (barring a few still ill-tolerated foods like bananas, melons, and avocado). I don't care. I will take it! No more pain after corn, salads, apples, etc. No more constant, nagging gas pain and pressure.

Anyhow, my experience with this product started many years ago and I began purchasing it on a consistent basis from either my local grocery or my local Wal-Mart. Sometimes one or the other store would have a better price or a sale. I thought the value of purchasing this in bulk from Amazon.com was very good. Unfortunately, when I received my package, I noticed that the title of the product listed the capsules in the wrong quantity (96 on the title and 92 on the box). I contacted Amazon and they were prompt in responding with my options. I chose a partial refund, which was also promptly done. I hpoe the confusion has been fixed. For me this product works quite well, helps lessen the severity of my IBS with Constipation symptoms and is really easy to take and seems safer than prescription drugs. I've had IBS with Constipation for over 10 years and aside from trying Prescription Zelnorm (until I lost my insurance), this is one of the few products that make any positive difference. It takes some patience, however, and diligence. Going off this certainly affected me within days, so I try to remember to include this in my limited budget. I don't believe this product would help every single IBS sufferer, but it's a big relief to me and I recommend anyone who is having trouble with their IBS symptoms give this a try. A few months' worth of trying is well worth the minimal cost. I suggest you do talk to you doctor though, because even "medical food" and "natural" medicines can cause issues. I would purchase this from Amazon again. |

I am tempted to stockpile this product. It worked incredibly well for me. Much better than yogurt, enzymes, charcoal tabs, fiber , etc, etc.
I have sufferd with IBS pretty much my entire adult life. My latest bout ( constant abdominal pain for 6 months) culminated with an endoscope showing nothing wrong. In desperation I tried this product. My ache was cleared in 2 days!

I've suffered from IBS since I was a child (over 40 years now). Back then it was called a `nervous stomach'. For me, a typical IBS episode would be something like this: Out of the blue I'd have a nasty cramping attack. Then within about 20 minutes I'd have to go to the bathroom resulting in diarrhea. Over the next couple of hours I'd repeat this cycle 2 or 3 more times.
In the best of times, I'd have an attack maybe once or twice a month. During the worst period (about 5 years ago), I was having attacks 2 to 3 times a week. My IBS is definitely stressed related and can also be triggered by diet (i.e. sodas, which I gave up 5 years ago, ice cream, and greasy, fried foods).
I've been using this product for a year now and haven't had a single IBS attack. Currently, I am going though probably the most intense stress of my life and yet no IBS incidents. Even when I've splurge on my trigger foods, it has not induced an attack. I never expected it to work this well, but I'm certainly glad it has. The one drawback is I may no longer be able to use my IBS as an excuse for not taking my wife to Europe.

So, I was skeptical but thought it was worth a try. I was pleasantly surprised how well it works. It took a couple-three weeks for marked differences to be observed but I can say that it started getting progressively better after the first week of taking these pills and now its orders of magnitude better. Digestive Advantage seems to be a popular company and sells enough of this pro-biotic to ensure that it is fresh--which is a problem with buying stuff at the health food stores sometimes. | I used this product about 3 years ago when I had an intestinal infection (C. Diff) and it was the only thing that finally got things back in order after being on antibiotics for a couple months. It's intended for IBS but it seems to work great for any intestinal disturbances. My husband tried them recently at my recommendation and he thinks they're very effective too. They contain a blend of lactobacillus cultures with an amino acid which seems to help with digestion of any food you eat. The nice thing is that you only need one per day to see results, although I took a couple a day after the C. Diff because everything was so out of order. I keep them on hand for any intestinal issues and highly recommend them. I've tried other probiotics, but these are the only ones where I've really noticed a difference. |

I put off trying it because I was so scared it would make my IBS worse as many products have. one night I was having a very bad attack and figured "screw it, I can't feel any worse than I do now", and popped one. oh my god. | Before i tried this product just like you i read all these reveiws and thought that they were a litle bit exagerated since i did not belive that a product that costs under 10 bucks would actually help with this problem thats too complex and embarasing. But i have been on it for about two weeks and i can not explain the diference i feel. I had to run constantly to the Restroom but now i might go once or twice a day and i feel normal again. Before this product i went to the doctor spend $900 for some lab test with no conclusive results. I spent 10 on this product and problem fixed. Try it, its well worth the 10 bucks |

This is the only product that works for my IBS and I feel so much better when I take it every day. I have missed a couple of days and then feel awful again so I know that it works.
Delivery was very quick and it is easy to order on Amazon. I cannot find this product in stores. |

About 4 years ago I was put in the hospital with a severe infection, which was treated with a high dose of the antibiotic, Ciprofloxacin. Shortly after that, I started having severe stomach pains after every meal. My doctor thought it was all in my head, so this went on for over a year. Finally, I was diagnosed with IBS and put on a small doseage of Hyoscyamine to stop the stomach contractions. This didn't help very much, but I couldn't deal with going to my doctor anymore who thought I was just a headcase.
I started hearing a lot about probiotics, so I read a little bit about them. They are supposed to replace the good bacteria that antibiotics kill in your digestive system. Since I can trace the start of my symptoms back to the antibiotics, I definitely wanted to try some since this made sense. I tried Align first because I had a free sample, but it looked a little expensive, and I didn't think it worked that great (granted, I was only on it a week). I ordered these from Amazon based on the reviews and price. It worked! I have an occassional flare up if I am very stressed, but NOTHING like it was before. Sometimes I forget to take it because I feel so good, but I'm usually reminded in a couple of days that I'm not actually cured.
Anyway, it did work in my case, but I'm sure it won't for everyone. I'd say it is definitely worth giving a shot though! |

| This is a great deal! I was able to buy three months supply for what normally costs me a one month supply at the store! Also it's a lot easier than the chewable kind, now that they only make the chewables in gross sugar free. A great buy! |

| The doctor said I had IBS and he put me on medication. It didn't work for me and I did not like the list of possible side effects. Then I did some research and found something better. I still have IBS, but Digestive Advantage keeps it in control and I have no side effects. I love this product. |

I have been taking Digestive Advantage everyday (just one pill) for the past 6 months. It doesn't cure you, but it is nice to be semi-normal, if you know what I mean. I still have to watch what I eat, and avoid some foods, but this has made a real difference in my life.
It is worth a try, but don't expect miracles in a day or a week. Give it some time, and you'll be grateful you did. |

I read about this in Dr. Gott's column. I have tried everything else, so I decided what the heck, I might as well try this too. The change has been amazing! No more pain, bloating, constipation...it's all gone. I occasionally will still have minor trouble, but I've found that just taking a second dose that day takes care of the problem. My mother also had these problems and has had the same success.
If you suffer from IBS do yourself a huge favor and try this today!! |

I probably would have never tried this product except for all the glowing Amazon reviews. I normally think these kind of products at best will just lighten your pocket book.
I've never been diagnosed with IBS, but I seemed to have most of the symptoms that came with it. After taking these pills daily (or nearly daily) my symptoms have almost completely gone away. There have been other changes in my life (lost weight, eat differently, etc) which I feel contribute to helping out, however I noticed a very big change when starting to take these, and I believe they are most of the reason I have not had any issues.
For just a few bucks a month it's wroth trying out (and it seems to work for nearly anyone). |

| Although this particular kind of IBS caplets aren't my favorite (they are the chewable kind rather than the kind you swallow), they work. That's all you need to know. There's no side effects at all. Even if you suspect that you have IBS, I would suggest you take this medicine. Just for a week - you'll probably see the difference. |

This is the only thing that has helped relieve the painful bowel cramping and pain that my daughter has suffered from for four years. She has been using for three months (she started with the tablets but likes the caplets better) and has only two minor bouts of pain after four years of doctors visits and chronic pain.
She would recommend it to any one suffering the same symptoms. |

| After trying many potions, herbs, homeopathic, naturopathic and conventional treatments, I must say that these have worked the best and for the least cost. I need to take 2 a day for good results. I have also tried Align which cost much more and I think made my symptoms worse. Digestive Advantage IBS capsules are the beez kneez for IBS sufferers. |

| I've been taking probiotics for over two years, and LOVED how they made me feel, but my mom has been raving about these for months, so I decided to give it a try. I have suffered from IBS forever, and the probiotics help, but I think these are better. It used to be that if I went out to dinner, I would feel stuffed and bloated for two days or more, but now, I wake up every morning feeling great. | This product was recommended to me by a friend. She said it was an excellent way to replace the "healthy bacteria in the digestive system. Both my husband and I have been taking the recommended dosage for over six months now and guess that it is doing what it says it is supposed to. I mainly take it as I had intestional surgery a few years ago and figure that it sure can't hurt anything to help the lower intestional track out by adding some help. |

This is good stuff and I consider myself to have severe IBS. In fact, I'm worse off than most. This product doesnt work instantly, but like the directions say: it takes about 2 weeks to get it working.
What it did for me was decrease the frequency that I had to go. Instead of 8 trips to the bathroom throughout the day, its now more like 2, maybe 3.
I use to have "to go" immediately after or even during a meal; but now I dont and that is really wonderful because sometimes you're in a social setting and you hate to jump up from the table and run to the bathroom each time your friends and family have lunch or dinner with you.
Its been wonderful. Its not a cure and it doesn't make you "normal" as other people's stomachs already are; but it does decrease the amount of times you SUDDENLY have "to go" in one day and that, is WONDERFUL! |

| I learned about this product while on a recent Caribbean vacation, when we met a young couple on their honeymoon. The wife suffers from the same type of tummy troubles I have -- you never know what's going to upset your tummy or how close you need to stay to a bathroom. NOT good, especially when you like to dine out a lot and travel, too. I tried these when we got back from our trip, and take them every day now without fail. I've had NO problems whatsoever, even with foods I couldn't eat before. These will be a way of life for me and I've also recommended them to my older sister who has the same issue. GREAT, great find, and bless the young lady who turned me onto them!! |

| I have been suffering from IBS with constipation for at least 10 years. Always bloated and most of the time in great pain to the point that it was affecting my sex life. I've tried a huge amount of products but all of them were very disappointing and some of them were even making me feel worse! This supplement is the best supplement I have ever used. I feel so good now that I will never be able to go without, so it will cost me an arm an a leg but I don't mind spending a lot of money on it if it makes me feel that great! I am impressed!!! My advise is try it and after 2 weeks or so you will start to be a new person! |

Simply put, "it works." Used in conjunction with Konsyl a fiber supplement, IBS is much less of a problem.

Amazing! No matter whether I've been on a 4-day Pabst Blue Ribbon binge (with that bubbling in the tummy that always follows for days later) or if I've been clubbed unconscious and left for days in the dessert dehydrated and grief-stricken (and feeling it impossible to drop any friends out of my butt along the way), this product will work for either situation! Yes, Diarrhea and Constipation are doomed - I tell you - DOOMED when pitted against the Digestive Advantage IBS caplets!

I am very price oriented, and I checked out Amazon.com, to compare the price with what I was paying at the drug stores and food markets.Amazon.com was cheaper. Next I checked the shipping fees because I wouldn't be saving too much if I had to pay them but again Amazon had no shipping fees on this product.
Amazon.com gets a 10 for service and cheaper prices. |

| I took prescription Zelnorm for a little over a year before trying this product. I've been using this product for 4 months now and have found it to be nearly as effective as Zelnorm for managing IBS (w/constipation) - and it's less expensive too. I've tried both the capsules and the chewable tablets and have found them to work about the same. Personally I prefer the capsules because I don't like the taste of the chewable tablets. I plan to continue using this product. |

I have suffered with IBS for years now, and nothing has helped significantly, though I have tried numerous treatments, both mainstream and otherswise.
I decided to give this product a try after coming across it on the Internet. It was cheap and safe, so I figured I didn't have much to lose.
I am shocked at the difference I have seen after using it for about 5 weeks, and the improvement was almost immediate.
I have had short periods of improvement in the past, so I am hoping that this will continue. But I have been probably 80% better, consistantly, with not a single really bad day in over a month. Given that a "bad day" was fairly common (at least a couple of days a week), this is very encouraging. Even on good days in the past, I still would have discomfort at various times during the day, but since I've been on Digestive Advantage, I have been able to go through most days without paying any attention to my stomach. I havn't felt this way in years!
So, I encourage anyone with IBS to give this a try. |

| I find that Digestive Advantage has worked better for me, than Equalactin, a product that my gastroenterologist told me to use. I know that this product will do the trick. Plus, it tastes better, and I only have to take 1-2 pills a day, unlike equalactin which one can take up to 8 tablets in a day. Sadly, nothing is a cure-all for IBS. |

| I had tried the chewable tablets for IBS from this same brand for 4 or 5 months and found I was still having a lot of symptoms of IBS on a daily basis. Now that I've started taking the caplets, I experience symptoms maybe once a week, on average. I only gave it 4 stars because I still have problems every once in a while, but the majority of the time it works really well. I used to suffer from bloating, gas, cramping, and diarrhea on a daily basis, so any help to me is wonderful! |

| I was very happy to learn about this product from a column in our local paper. A number of people had wrote and asked about it, so I thought it was worth trying. I am happy to say that it has helped with a lot of my symptoms, I am not completely symptom free, but it has helped with the frequency of my attacks, and I will definitely continue taking it, it is worth the money for anyone who is bothered with IBS. |
