I have been buying Huggies for years now. I have a 13 year old son, a 3 year old son and a one year old daughter. Obviously, the 13 year old does not wear diapers, but I used Huggies for him as well. Huggies have the best comfortable fit. I have never had a Huggies diaper allow a leak either. I have tried Pampers, Luvs, and store brands and they just don't do the job. For the price, value and convenience of buying a large box from Amazon, I gave these five stars! Huggies work great!

At 25 cents a diaper you can't get much cheaper than this. Not to mention its the largest bulk size that I've been able to find. My wife loves having the 150 diapers at hand and I love saving all the money, my son however doesn't really care for them though since he just poops in them!

These are nearly 50% cheaper per diaper than a small pack you would pick up at a drug store or something.
HUGGIES Beats Pampers

From the time my baby was born until she was about 20 pounds, I used the Pampers Swaddlers New Baby. However, Pampers does not make those diapers in Size 3 or bigger sizes. So, I compared the next Pamper in the lineup with Huggies Snug and Dry, and Huggies were far superior at this stage. They are softer, do not leak, are not plasticy feeling like the comparable Pampers.

I will forever stay with Pampers for new babies and Huggies after that.

Note size 1-2 are just size 1's. So don't buy more than two boxes to start. Wonderful diapers though!!
At 3 month old, they didn't work, but at 1 1/2 they are by far the best.

I was shocked to find that these work so well. I tried them when Jon was just a couple months old and I hated them. But a friend gave me a bunch when she went home and didn't want to cart all the diapers on the plane. They were even a size smaller than the Kirkland diapers I had been using. When he gets up in the morning with the Huggies, there is no wet waistband... even with the smaller size. The occasional red rash around the legs is completely gone. They fit beautifully and I'm so glad I tried them again. Jon does have chunky legs, compared to his cousin of the same age, so that may be a factor. If you haven't tried them in a while, it's worth another look.
Same great product, no hassle.

Love them: diapers Do Not leak, Do Not smell like Pampers (which makes me sick) and my child could wear them for more than three+ hours and it would NOT be hanging like Pampers do. I ONLY buy and trust Huggies, ever since we started wearing size 1.

I bought these for my 9 month old granddaughter. The Huggies perform just as good as Pampers. No complaints with Huggies. I always scan the prices of Pampers, Huggies, and Luvs and buy the best value at the time. Anytime you can find a size 3 diaper for between $0.18 - $0.23 each, go for it.

When I had my daughter I vowed that we would not be above using generic store-brand diapers for her to help cut back on costs. And for a while we did use store brands - several of them (Walmart, Target, CVS, Toys R' Us), before discovering that none of them were quite as good as the name brands. A few of them were horrible at absorbing liquids, and a few of them just fit very awkwardly, like they were not cut to fit the contours of a baby's body.

Pampers and Luvs I dislike because they are scented and therefore not great for babies with sensitive skin - they constantly caused diaper rash.

Which brought us to Huggies. Not only do I find the Huggies to have a far-superior fit (they are shaped to the curves of a baby's legs) but they are also unscented and most importantly super absorbent. They may not be as cheap as the store brands but knowing my daughter is wearing a diaper that absorbs well and fits great is what matters to me. We've used Huggies since stage one (including the over-night ones) and have never had any problems with leaks or diaper rash - they are the only diapers I will buy.

My son will be 3 in a few months and for about a year now we've used the size 4, Huggies box of 150 through Subscribe & Save. The box was just the right size to last a month, so we were usually down to the last 5-10 diapers when the next box arrived at our doorstep. So convenient! I was sorry to learn that this particular item is being discontinued (not sure if it's the size or the availability through subscribe and save) but as it happens we're far enough in the potty training that I needed to cancel it anyway. Definitely worth doing again if we had another one.

Reviewer: Sarah Kate,
We love Huggies! When my kiddo was smaller Huggies seemed to leak on him and the fit wasn't right but when he hit a size 4 diaper, I like Huggies now as much as, if not more than Pampers and Luvs. They all work for him but there is something about the fit of the Huggies I like more now! A basic diaper - it isn't super soft but works well for the everyday normal routine. I would buy again!

There are only positive reasons to get your diapers this way. They are sent to you with free two day shipping. You avoid the long lines at Costco. Price per diaper is the lowest I have found. And if you realize you're running low, they are here before you know it.
too expensive at amazon...great diapers though

Reviewer: K. Ferriman, Westerville, Ohio USA
these are waaaay more expensive at amazon than buying just about anywhere else...I alway check my per diaper price (cost/quantity)...buy them somewhere else. even without a coupon they are far more expensive here

that being said, huggies are the best diapers out there. they are more absorbant than any others and they contain messes better than any other diaper I have tried (with 3 in diapers I have tried just about every name brand, off brand and store brand out there). They don't fall apart when they are really wet (ok, you can't let them sit in it all day, but who would do that, anyway). There is none of that yucky crystalized residue left on skin...they don't smell bad when dry, and dont feel rough or papery. The elastic band across the back helps keep the diaper from sagging and contains blowouts amazingly well. And the elastic around the legs doesn't strech and sag. Overall, well worth the little extra you pay vs a store brand or more economical alternative...just remember...until amazon gets their price down to at least $.26 per diaper or less (for size 5) it is well worth it to buy these somewhere else.

These diapers work great. I have tried cheaper diapers and it ends up costing more because they leak and you have to change them more often. With the Subscribe and Save discount, I end up paying less than I would at a wholesale club and without having to haul cases and cases from the store to my house (which in my case involves a boat ride!) This is a GREAT price for the product.

Huggies work the best for my grandaughter. Tried them all. The overnight pull-ups work great too. Kimberly Clark use to make a discount brand of Huggies called Snuggems that were sold on Military Installations. I don't know if they still do or not. But I certainly would buy them if I could find them.

By purchasing these on Amazon using the Subscribe and Save, it is roughly 4 cents a diaper cheaper than Costco! Not to mention that they come straight to my door every month and I don't have to battle the Costco crowds.

The diapers are great; they are the only ones my daughter doesn't blow out of and we have had no diaper rash. They fit her better than other brands (although all babies are different, so that may not hold true for everyone) and last throughout the night no problem. I haven't had any problems with leaks either.

Review Date: June 21, 2010
Reviewer: schi0249,
I used to use pampers but then they put the drymax that caused horrible diaper rash for my child. So we quit using them. Then I decided to try huggies snug and dry. They are decent for during the day time but not night time. My child is almost a year and I only put these on during the day because there is no overnight protection. He doesn't seem to get diaper rash which is good and they are inexpensive during the day. (extra bonus) --- At night time we use Huggies little movers and he has been walking up every morning dry for 3 months straight! I even purchased the huggies swimmers for the pool recently and they work great too!

The same product sells at SAMS for the same price; Amazon provides free shipping. Note though the quantities are not the same. SAMS sells approx quantity 150 and this is 132. I guess for the convenience you loose 18 diapers.

Huggies diapers tend to mess up babies onsies. Ink should be less transferable to chlothing. Comes out when washed.

I don't know how it makes a difference where you buy the same brand of diapers at, but the size fours are bigger here than the ones we got two weeks ago at Wal-Mart. Weird. There is only one downfall with that and it is that my baby tends to leak because of the change in size. Not sure if I should go back to 3's for him. But I'll keep ordering from here because it's the best price anywhere!

I bought these diapers in a hurry and thought i was getting the huggies snugglers. I was close they had the word snug in the title. These diapers tend to leak very easily. They are good for my 3 1/2 month old son for during the day but at night i can pretty much guarantee that i'm going to have to change all his clothes because the diaper will have leaked. But this is a big box of diapers and i got a great deal on them so if i'm awake i change him in his sleep to help him stay a little drier.

I can't help think these are a little defective. When I purchase the same ones in a smaller package they are too big. But these fit perfectly. Are you as confused as I am ? A design change but the product name is the same maybe ?

Anyway, they are absorbent. We rarely have leaks because of these diapers.

Ordered these Huggies along with a box of Pampers Baby-Dry. You can't even compare the two. Everytime baby would do a #2 with these Huggies on...it would leak out the back of the diaper...they just don't fit. The Pampers are the way to go....no leaks at all!!!

Changed his clothes 3 times in the last hour

Review Date: July 7, 2010
Reviewer: James Kallas,
These are the worst diapers I've ever tried. I had to change babies clothes 3 times in the last hour. I've had to change my clothes too when I was nursing and he leaked all over me, the pillow, and the chair. He's only 7 weeks old. It's not like there's a whole lot of liquid to hold. We've tried different ways to put the diaper on (higher in the front/back), but it still leaks. I just currently HATE these. I'm about to run out of clothes and now having to do laundry full of poo and pee stains.
This certainly must be a joke

I dont know what has happened to these diapers - I used to love them. But now may of them are defective and they are poorer quality. My son wakes up often soaking wet in the middle of the night!
Absolutely horrible diapers

Review Date: March 13, 2009
Reviewer: Kay,
I'm amazed at the terrible quality and design of these diapers, from a big brand name, and I prefere Huggies brand over any other for wipes and baby toiletries too. But these.... I would NEVER buy them again. The absorbent material is very stiff compared with other name brands and when it gets wet it forms a very inflexible, almost solid block. The absorbent part goes right up to the waistband in the front so if you have a kid who sleeps on their front and through a significant portion of the night you're going to be washing sheets every day. If your child is not well up towards the upper weight range for the size, the elasticated part on the rear waistband instead of making the diaper fit more snugly can actually form a loose channel through which solids can escape.

The only thing that makes them slightly better than the cheapo store brand is that my daughter doesn't get diaper rash from Huggies, but she doesn't seem physically comfortable in them and from my point of view the continual leaks (and thus the extra laundry) render them worthless, I might as well just put her in panties and give her a bath three or four times a day. The ads aren't kidding when they tell you to "Live and learn and then get Luvs".
Terrible diapers

Review Date: October 19, 2009
Reviewer: Trever Richardson,
I can't believe that people actually buy these. They are generic quality that somehow they sell at a premium diaper price. If you are going to buy these save yourself some money and buy the cheapest generic diaper you can find and it would probably have the same quality. They are so hard and scratchy. I had constant leaks and blowouts with these. The Disney design on them is so ugly and they have big flap like things that hang out on the leg gathers, like they are to lazy to cut them properly. I will never buy Huggies again.
Really not that good. READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review Date: January 22, 2010
Reviewer: BG, Oregon
One reviewer said, "What happened to these." I read that before buying and kept it in the back of my mind. I normally buy from Coscto and thought I tried amazon's subscribe and save. In any case, the wife tried these for two weeks and said they leak. It's like the diaper divides in half down the middle and everything leaks there. They work good during the day, but a night they leak and everything goes on the bed. Gut feeling was telling me perhaps the Costco ones were "made" a little more superior and wife confirmed it. Should have followed the reviews. I'm still sticking with Huggies, but buying it from Costco since we feel they are made better. Again, they're decent during the day and horrible at night whereas with the costco ones we have no problems. Good luck

This is from a company(not Amazon) selling through Amazon. They are trying to sell Costco packs at a $20 profit. Amazon runs promo's often on their $30 pack of diapers making them way cheaper than Costco or WalMart if you get them on promo. Avoid this pack and don't make the same mistake I did...

Personally I'd never use Huggies. I have a few friends who unfortunately miscarried, and received notices from Huggies about where their baby would have been if they hadn't lost them. They never signed up with Huggies and found out they got their personal information from other websites. Some of them, as well as myself tried to contact Kimberly-Clark to get them to stop as it was unbelievable hurtful and painful to be reminded and to please stop the mailings especially since they had never asked for them to begin with. The best response I ever got was a canned response saying we appreciate your concerns but basically we aren't going to change anything.
