| I just turned 40 this year and have been struggling with severe pms and perimenopause symptoms for about 10yrs...bloating, sore breasts, cramping, drenching night sweats and bad mood swings to the point that is was affecting my relationships. Unwilling to take synthetic hormones, I heard about natural progesterone cream but never took it seriously until now!!! I have only been using Life-Flo Progesta-Care for four months and all my symptoms have greatly diminished. What a relief! The first month I only noticed a slight change but by the third month I began noticing big changes. So persevere. It take time to build up in your system. I particularly like this brand too because it goes on like a light body cream and sinks into my skin much faster. I tried other brands that leave a greasy and sticky residue which can be especially uncomfortable if applying before bedtime. I always go back to Life-Flo Progesta-Care. I will definitely keep using it! |

| This progesterone cream is a great product. It is an absolute must if you are on any type of estrogen replacement. There is no scent, it goes on smooth, and one bottle lasts for 2 months. Can't live without it! |

| i got this cream after hearing about progesterone cream on tv and after a lot of research online. i've been using it for 2 months now. i'm 39 and after having my 2 kids i have not slept for more than 2 hours a night for 5 years now. also i would get very bad pms breakouts and breast tenderness. first i went to my doctor and went back on birth control pills to remedy these symptons. my skin looked good, and i was sleeping better but the breast soreness was 10x's worse and a i gained 10lbs! so off the birth control i went. since this cream i have been sleeping great. my skin is looking much better and the soreness is also much better. my weight has gone back to normal as well. this cream is working very well for me. |

| I've been using this product for almost 10 years and it does what it says it should do. I use it 3 weeks out of the month and noticed within the 1st 2 weeks that it was working. I don't have any clue (except the calendar) of when my cycle will appear. I use to get cramps, moodiness, bloating, and on and on but since using the product I don't have those symptoms. | This is the only natural progesterone cream I will use now. I have tried a couple of other that were on sale or handy, and they did not help to handle my peri-menopause "roller coaster ride" nearly as well. |

| I should have purchased Life-flo Progesta Care Plus instead. Apparently I need estrogen replacement and not progesterone. I highly recommend life-flo products. This product did not help my hot flashes/night sweats and when I started having PMS symptoms I had to stop using it. |

| I have only been using this product for a short time. I haven't really noticed any difference, especially with my non-existant libido. I've also noticed that I seem to be gaining weight, mainly in my stomach, hips and thigh area. I don't know if I'm using too much or if that is just a side effect of this cream. I'm not too happy about it. Thought I might actually lose some pounds that haven't been coming off due to hormone imbalance. Not sure if I will continue using the rest of the cream or not. |

| I got this for my mother and she said It caused her terrible headaches and the area of her breast skin was very hot and it feels like burning. She got scared and stopped using it. She is currently on Tamoxifen, I don't know if that could have been the cause for this reaction, but I got the cream for her because somebody recommended to me and told me it would really make her feel much better, but it only make her feel worse. |
Smells awful -- overpowering old sunflower oil stink

I don't know if ALL of this stuff smells of old stanky sunflower oil, but the bottle I got sure does. I spray perfume over it and it still doesn't mask the odor. I don't enjoy smelling of half rancid sunflower seeds.
The cream also makes my skin feel sticky no matter how long I rub it in and no matter how many areas of my body I rub it into (1 pump, over legs, arms, belly and chest).
Does your bottle smell like this, or has this one gone off?? |

| I had hoped this product would give me some relief from the hot flashes I have suffered for the past few years since menopause. It did not. One pump produces quite a large wad of cream that I found I must rub into almost all the body areas listed, to get rid of it, every time. Forget the rotating. The heavy cream coating areas of my body where I normally wouldn't have appied cream, is uncomfortable. Also the cancer warning on the lable is a cause for concern. Sorry, this product just wasn't for me. |
